为改善建筑顶板泡沫混凝土性能,文中对不同微硅粉掺量、玄武岩纤维掺量下建筑顶板泡沫混凝土力学性能受到的影响进行试验探究.结果表明,微硅粉/玄武岩纤维掺量增加过程中,纤维增强泡沫混凝土干缩率提升显著,其劈裂抗拉强度、抗压强度、抗折强度等力学性能则随微硅粉掺量或玄武岩纤维掺量增加而前期增长后期降低;以未掺加玄武岩纤维的泡沫混凝土为基准组,玄武岩纤维增强泡沫混凝土的抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗压强度最大值分别提升约66.2%、49.9%和51.0%.
Effect of Basalt Fiber on the Properties of Foamed Concrete in Building Roof
In order to improve the properties of foam concrete for building roof,the effects of microsilica fume and basalt fiber on mechanical properties of foam concrete for building roof were studied experimentally.Taking the foam concrete without basalt fiber as the reference group,the flexural strength,splitting tensile strength and compressive strength of basalt fiber reinforced foam concrete increase by 66.2%,49.9%and 51.0%respectively.
