混掺纤维对桥面铺装层高性能混凝土耐久性能的影响

为探究纤维材料改善桥面铺装高性能混凝土耐久性能的应用效果,文中对混掺纤维高性能混凝土抗压强度性能及冻融循环、干湿循环后质量损失率等进行试验,并结合试验结果分析混凝土耐久性变化规律.结果显示,单掺纤维条件下,随着纤维掺量增加,高性能混凝土抗压强度、硫酸盐腐蚀质量损失率均表现为前期降低后期增长的发展趋势;混掺钢纤维和玄武岩纤维的混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能优于单掺纤维混凝土;掺入适量钢纤维、玄武岩纤维可有效改善高性能混凝土抗冻性能,其中纤维总掺量为 1.2%时,混凝土抗冻性能达到较高水平.
Influence of Mixed Fiber on Durability of High Performance Concrete For Bridge Deck Pavement
In order to explore the application effect of fiber materials to improve the durability of high performance concrete for bridge deck pavement,the compressive strength and mass loss rate of mixed fiber high performance concrete after freeze-thaw cycle and dry-wet cycle were tested,and the durability of concrete was analyzed according to the test results.The results show that with the increase of fiber content,the compressive strength and sulfate corrosion mass loss rate of HPC decrease in the early stage and increase in the later stage.The sulfate corro-sion resistance of concrete with mixed steel fiber and basalt fiber is better than that of single fiber concrete.Adding appropriate amount of steel fiber and basalt fiber can effectively improve the freezing resistance of HPC.When the total fiber content is 1.2%,the freezing resistance of HPC reaches a high level.
