钢纤维增强轻骨料混凝土力学性能试验研究

为探究轻骨料混凝土采用不同体积掺量钢纤维改性后的力学性能优化效果,文中分别从抗冲击性能、弯曲韧性、抗压强度等方面,对钢纤维掺量在0~2.5%内轻骨料混凝土的性能变化进行测试.结果显示,轻骨料混凝土中掺加钢纤维能够在提升抗压强度的同时优化结构破坏形态;钢纤维的掺入能够改善轻骨料混凝土抗折强度,解决轻骨料混凝土常见的脆性问题,且改善效果随纤维掺量的提升而加强;轻骨料混凝土弯折韧性在掺加钢纤维后得到显著提升,抗冲击性能也得到明显增强.
Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Steel Fiber Reinforced Lightweight Aggregate Concrete
In order to explore the optimization effect of mechanical properties of light aggregate concrete modified with different volume steel fi-ber content,the paper analyzed the change of properties of light aggregate concrete with steel fiber content ranging from 0 to 2.5%from the as-pects of impact resistance,bending toughness and compressive strength.The results show that adding steel fiber to lightweight aggregate con-crete can improve the compressive strength and optimize the structural failure pattern.The addition of steel fiber can improve the flexural strength of light aggregate concrete,solve the brittle problem of light aggregate concrete,and the improvement effect is enhanced with the in-crease of fiber content.The bending toughness and impact resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete are significantly enhanced after the addi-tion of steel fiber.
