摘要
新型石膏基保温材料以脱硫石膏、玻化微珠为主要原材料,按一定比例复合可再分散性乳胶粉、羟乙基纤维素、聚丙烯纤维、六偏磷酸钠等不同化学组分,文中研究了不同比例各组分原材料对保温砂浆的影响,所研制产品为具有低收缩、高抗裂性、高黏结性、良好防火性能的保温材料.
Abstract
The new gypsum based insulation material with desulfurization gypsum,glass beads as the main raw material,according to a certain proportion of compound can disperse latex powder,hydroxyethyl cellulose,polypropylene fiber,sodium hexametylphosphate chemical compo-nents,focus on the different proportion of each components of raw materials for insulation mortar,developed products with low shrinkage,high crack resistance,high bonding,good fire performance of thermal insulation material.
