针对网架结构的稳定性要求,文中对大抗拔力球铰支座、网架焊接技术进行了分析,并总结了利用超声波进行焊缝检测的基本流程,着重强调了控制扫路径、校验灵敏度、识别伪缺陷波三项检测要点.检测结果表明,项目中的焊缝质量均达到了设计标准,可为大跨度网架结构工程提供有益参考.
Research on Welding Technology and Weld Quality Inspection of Key Components of Grid Structure
In view of the stability requirements of the grid structure,the paper analyzes the welding technology of the ball hinge bearing with high tensile strength and the grid frame,and summarizes the basic flow of welding seam detection by ultrasonic wave,emphasizing the three de-tection points of control sweep path,calibration sensitivity and identification of pseudo-defect wave.The test results show that the quality of welds in the project has reached the design standard,which can provide useful reference for long-span grid structure engineering.
