砖混结构房屋鉴定是对建筑物结构进行全面评估和检测,以确保其安全性和使用性能.文中结合具体实例,对现场检测鉴定流程进行了阐述,并通过结构验算及抗震鉴定分析,提出相应处理措施,以供参考.
Abstract
The assessment and inspection of brick-and-mortar structures are essential to ensure the safety and performance of buildings.This paper presents a detailed description of the on-site inspection and identification process,including structural calculations and seismic identifi-cation analysis.It also provides relevant measures for reference.
