表面硬度法检测灌浆料实体强度的试验分析

为了提高装配式混凝土结构的节点连接质量,文中重点研究表面硬度法检测灌浆料实体强度的试验,采用TIME5350 里氏硬度计进行检测,综合比较标准试块的表面硬度值与抗压强度以及注浆孔端与出浆孔端灌浆料强度.研究结果表明,灌浆料的表面硬度值基本服从正态分布,和同条件试件法的相对误差较小,可判定表面硬度法的检测效果较好.
Experimental Analysis of Surface Hardness Method for Detecting the Solid Strength of Grouting Material
In order to improve the quality of node connections in prefabricated concrete structures,the surface hardness method was studied to test the physical strength of grouting materials.The TIME5350 Leeb hardness tester was used for testing.The surface hardness value and com-pressive strength of standard test blocks were comprehensively compared,as well as the strength of grouting materials at the grouting hole end and the discharge hole end.The research results showed that the surface hardness value of grouting materials basically followed a normal distri-bution,and the relative error with the same condition specimen method was small.It can be judged that the surface hardness method has a bet-ter detection effect.
