变截面桥梁高墩柱钢筋保护层厚度质量控制研究

墩柱是桥梁工程中关键承力结构,钢筋保护层厚度直接影响墩柱质量.变截面矩形墩柱断面尺寸随墩高呈线性变化,墩柱钢筋保护层厚度控制难度大,易受现场条件制约,现场检测钢筋保护层合格率不高的情形屡见不鲜.为提高钢筋保护层的合格率,保证施工质量,文中结合重庆江津区四面山高速红英桥大桥工程,分析其施工重难点,剖析钢筋保护层厚度的影响因素,并提出了针对性控制措施,以减少钢筋骨架安装误差、模板误差及施工误差.通过一系列的技术改良,使得红英桥界面桥梁墩柱钢筋保护层厚度质量的检测合格率达到95.7%,可为类似施工工程建设提供参考.
Research on Quality Control of Steel Protective Layer Thickness of High Pier Column of Variable Section Bridge
Pier column is the key bearing structure in bridge engineering,and the thickness of reinforcement protective layer directly affects the quality of pier column.The section size of the rectangular pier column with variable section changes linearly with the height of the pier.It is difficult to control the thickness of the protective layer of the pier column,and it is easy to be restricted by the field conditions.In order to im-prove the qualification rate of the steel bar protective layer and ensure the quality of the construction project,this paper analyzes the factors af-fecting the thickness of the steel bar protective layer in combination with the key and difficult points of the construction of the Hongying Bridge in Simianshan High-speed in Jiangjin District of Chongqing,and further proposes targeted control measures to reduce the installation errors of the steel bar skeleton,template errors and construction errors.Through a series of technical improvements,the passing rate of the thickness and quality of the reinforcement protective layer of the pier column of Hongying Bridge interface reaches 95.7%,which provides a specific case reference for similar construction projects in the future.
