Analysis and Prevention of Apparent Porosity Defects in Cast-in-place Concrete of Magnesium Aluminum Mold in Residential Engineering
Magnesium-aluminum formwork pouring concrete has gradually replaced wood formwork as a frontier construction method, but thorny problems have been found in practical projects. Some magnesium-aluminum formworks have dense and irregular pores, which affect the visual quality and even the durability of concrete. In this paper, combined with engineering cases, the control variable method is used to com-pare the results of construction process factors. The results show that the apparent quality of concrete can be improved by reducing the thickness of the layer and reducing the bubble escape stroke when the total vibration time is constant. The molding effect of water-based release agent is better than that of oil-based release agent.Extending the demoulding time, the apparent quality of concrete molding is better.
