住宅工程中镁铝模现浇混凝土表观气孔缺陷分析与防治

摘要
镁铝模模板体系浇筑混凝土逐渐替代传统木模成为前沿的施工方式.在实际施工中,部分镁铝模成型表观出现较密集、不规则气孔,影响观感质量,严重时影响混凝土耐久性.文中结合实际案例,采用控制变量法对比研究施工工艺因素致因结果.结果表明,振捣总时长不变,减小分层厚度,减少气孔逸散行程可以提高混凝土的表观质量;采用水性脱模剂成型效果好于油性脱模剂,延长拆模时间,混凝土成型表观质量较佳.
Abstract
Magnesium-aluminum formwork pouring concrete has gradually replaced wood formwork as a frontier construction method,but thorny problems have been found in practical projects.Some magnesium-aluminum formworks have dense and irregular pores,which affect the visual quality and even the durability of concrete.In this paper,combined with engineering cases,the control variable method is used to com-pare the results of construction process factors.The results show that the apparent quality of concrete can be improved by reducing the thickness of the layer and reducing the bubble escape stroke when the total vibration time is constant.The molding effect of water-based release agent is better than that of oil-based release agent.Extending the demoulding time,the apparent quality of concrete molding is better.
