摘要

文中以福州湾超高层住宅小区为例,对多栋超高层住宅小区的消防给水系统设计进行探析.针对初步设计方案中的问题,提出两种优化方案.经综合比较,文中选定一种既安全又经济合理的设计,通过减少设备房数量和简化系统配置,降低了系统造价和后期维护成本,为超高层住宅消防给水系统设计提供了优化思路.

Abstract

Taking Fuzhou Bay super high-rise residential district as an example,this paper analyzes the design of fire water supply system for several super high-rise residential districts.In view of the problems in the preliminary design scheme,puts forward two optimization schemes.By comprehensive comparison,selects a safe and economical and reasonable design,by reducing the number of equipment rooms and simplify-ing the system configuration,reduces the system construction and later maintenance costs.provides an optimal idea for the design of fire water supply system for super high-rise residential buildings.
