Study on Structural Design of Concrete Slab Transfer Layer in High-rise Building
In order to solve the problem that the stiffness of the upper large space is much greater than that of the lower small space, taking a high-rise building project in Hangzhou rail transit as an example, the mechanical characteristics and structural reinforcement design of the transfer floor structure were analyzed, and the application effect of the transfer floor structure was evaluated. The practice shows that the ratio of the first period dominated by torsion and the first period dominated by translation is less than 0.9,which meets the requirements of standard design. With the increase of floors, the X-direction and Y-direction interstory displacement angles first increase to a steady state and then de-crease.The inflection point of the curve occurs at the position of 8~14 floors, and the maximum X-direction and Y-direction interstory dis-placement angles are 0.000 44%and 0.000 48%respectively.The maximum principal stress and maximum deflection values of the bottom of the conversion plate are 3.5 MPa and 7.3 mm respectively, which meet the design requirements and verify that the conversion design scheme is reasonable and reliable.
