地下室排水减压抗浮技术探析

文中以福州市某住宅项目地下室为例,利用ABAQUS软件对排水孔间距大小对排水减压效果的影响进行分析.结果表明,排水减压法能有效降低地下室水浮力,且减小排水孔间距能显著降低地下室底板所受孔隙水压力,提高抗浮安全性.同时,基于结构抗浮验算结果及基坑渗流验算,提出排水孔的合理间距范围及相关抗浮保障措施,旨在为类似工程提供技术参考借鉴.
Exploration and Application of Drainage Pressure Reduction and Anti-buoyancy Technology for Basements
In this paper,taking the basement of a residential project in Fuzhou as an example,ABAQUS software is used to analyze the influ-ence of the spacing of drainage holes on the drainage and decompression effect.The results show that the drainage and decompression method can effectively reduce the buoyancy of basement water,and reducing the spacing of drainage holes can significantly reduce the pore water pres-sure of basement floor,and improve the anti-buoyancy safety.At the same time,based on the results of structural anti-floating checking and foundation pit seepage checking,the reasonable spacing range of drainage holes and related anti-floating safeguard measures are proposed,ai-ming at providing technical reference for similar projects.
