超高层住宅大震弹塑性分析

摘要
文中以深圳某超高层住宅为分析对象,该项目建筑总高度为142.55 m,剪力墙结构,项目存在高度超限、扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续等多项超限内容.采用抗震性能化设计,并基于SAUSAGE软件进行大震弹塑性时程计算,同时,针对超限提出相应的技术措施,分析结果表明,整体结构可以达到预定的性能目标.
Abstract
A super high-rise residential building in Shenzhen is taken as the object of analysis,The total height of the project is 142.55 m,shear wall structure.The whole building has many over-limit contents,such as height exceeding the limit,torsion irregularity,irregular concave and convex,floor discontinuous and so on.According to the performance-based seismic design,The elasto-plastic time-step analysis under rare earthquakes is carried out by using the SAUSAGE software,and the corresponding technical measures are put forward for the over-limit structure.The analysis results show that the overall structure can achieve the predetermined performance goal.
