Research on Vertical Planning Method for Urban Areas Based on Waterlogging Prevention and Control—Take Chaoyang Park as an Example
Taking Chaoyang Park in Longwen District,Zhangzhou City as an example,this article focuses on the vertical planning method of its urban area from the perspective of waterlogging prevention and control.The basic situation and existing problems of its original vertical planning scheme are analyzed,and optimization measures are proposed,specifically from the aspects of flood control and organized drainage control standards,road vertical planning control,earthwork estimation,comparison with the current immovable cultural relics,and vertical control standards of land parcels,in order to provide effective reference for the reasonable control of urban waterlogging disasters.
