摘要
文中以福州市晋安区象园街道为例,重点研究国土空间规划背景下的城市体检评估,从区域概况、指标数据采集、指标体检结果三方面展开分析,并提出了城市体检评估融入规划管理日常工作、完善规划实施保障机制及公共服务体系、优化评估反馈和监管机制、旧房改造等规划策略,以期为城市的现代化建设提供有效参考.
Abstract
this paper in Fuzhou Jinan area like garden street as an example,focus on the background of national spatial planning of urban med-ical assessment,from the regional situation,index data acquisition,index examination results three aspects,and puts forward the city physical assessment into planning management daily work,improve the planning implementation guarantee mechanism and public service system,opti-mize the evaluation feedback and supervision mechanism,old house renovation planning strategy,and provide effective reference for the mod-ernization of the city.
