地铁明挖车站属于狭长形基坑,深度一般在20m左右,如果处于软土地层,钢支撑轴力可能因基坑形变产生损失,容易造成安全生产事故.为确保基坑安全,文中以南京地铁7 号线某地铁车站为例,对钢支撑伺服系统在软弱地层基坑中的实际应用进行分析.实践表明,轴力伺服系统能够使围护结构水平位移满足基坑变形和环境保护要求,效果明显.
Practical Application of Steel Support Servo System in Foundation Pit of Weak Stratum
Subway open-cut station is a narrow and long foundation pit,the depth is generally about 20 m.If it is in the soft soil layer,the ax-ial force of the steel support may be lost due to the deformation of the foundation pit,which is easy to cause safety accidents.In order to ensure the safety of foundation pit,the paper takes a subway station of Nanjing Metro Line 7 as an example to analyze the practical application of steel support servo system in weak ground foundation pit.The practice shows that the axial force servo system can make the horizontal displacement of the enclosure structure meet the requirements of foundation pit deformation and environmental protection,and the effect is obvious.
