新建大跨桥梁全过程修建对既有隧道影响分析

新建结构极易造成周边土体位移,进而影响既有地下结构运营、结构安全.文中以云南某特大桥施工为例,通过全过程数值模拟的方法,对高速公路特大桥施工造成的既有隧道变形影响进行分析.结果表明,墩台基坑开挖施工阶段,既有隧道结构向基坑侧变形,随着上部结构施作及临时荷载增加,整体向远离桥梁侧产生变形.既有隧道结构的最大竖向沉降量为2.59 mm,最大水平位移为0.6 mm.
Impact of the Entire Construction Process of Newly-Built Large-span Bridges on Existing Tunnels
Newly built structures are prone to cause displacement of surrounding soil,which will affect the operation and safety of existing un-derground structures.Taking the construction of a large bridge in Yunnan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the deformation effect of the existing tunnel caused by the construction of a large expressway bridge through the whole process numerical simulation.The results show that the existing tunnel structure deforms towards the foundation pit during the excavation phase of pier foundation pit,and deforms away from the bridge as the superstructure is applied and the temporary load increases.The maximum vertical settlement of the existing tunnel structure is 2.59 mm,and the maximum horizontal displacement is 0.6 mm.
