摘要
文中通过有限元模拟软件ABAQUS的CEL方法,建立了冲锤贯入和匀速贯入两种模型,对不同角度管靴刃角下取样效率和取样质量的变化做了定性分析,并给出优化建议;设计了冲锤实验,对有限元分析的结果进行了验证,冲锤实验得出的影响规律与有限元分析结果一致,使用CEL方法处理取样过程中的大变形问题有效可行.
Abstract
In this paper,by CEL method of finite element simulation software ABAQUS,two models of punch penetration and uniform speed penetration were established to qualitatively analyze the changes in sampling efficiency and sampling quality under different angles of pipe shoe blade angles,and optimization suggestions were given,and punch experiments were designed to verify the results of finite element analysis.The influence law obtained by punching experiment is consistent with the result of finite element analysis.It is effective and feasible to use CEL method to deal with large deformation in sampling process.
