淤泥质黏土地层建筑物深基坑变形施工控制措施研究

文中以厦门市某小区为研究对象,现场监测深基坑施工过程中的变形规律,结果表明:(1)各个测点的地下水水位均有明显的降低趋势,同时,在建设初期,各测点的沉降变化不大;(2)各测点的水平位移增量均一致,并且随时间的推移而增加,在 200 d后,测点SP1 和SP3 的水平位移增量相差达8 mm;(3)0~100 d内,基坑外侧的地下水埋深有减小趋势,但减小的幅度不大;(4)比较各层锚索轴向力可知,第一层锚索轴力>第二层锚索轴力>第三层锚索轴力.
Research on Construction Control Measures for Deep Excavation Deformation of Buildings in Muddy and Sticky Soil Layers
This article takes a residential area in Xiamen as the research object,and uses on-site monitoring methods to monitor and analyze the deformation law during the construction process of deep foundation pits.The results show that:(1)the groundwater level at each measuring point has a significant decreasing trend,and at the same time,the settlement changes between each measuring point are not significant in the early stage of construction.(2)The horizontal displacement increments of each measuring point are consistent and increase with time.After 200 days,the difference in horizontal displacement increments between measuring points SP1 and SP3 is 8 mm.(3)Within 0-100 days,there is a decreasing trend in the depth of groundwater outside the foundation pit,but the magnitude of the decrease is not significant.(4)By comparing the axial forces of each layer of anchor cables,it is shown that the axial force of the first layer of anchor cables is greater than that of the second layer of anchor cables and greater than that of the third layer of anchor cables.
