锚栓式风机基础有限元模型优化分析

摘要
在风力发电产业持续革新的背景下,风力发电机组不断向大型化方向发展,传统的规范经验算法难以满足新形势下风机基础计算的精度要求,借助有限元数值模拟等分析计算方法,对工程设计提供更精确的指导.文中提出一种锚栓式风机基础有限元模型的建立方法.该方法利用参数化的建模手段,将锚栓式风机基础的不同组件分别建模,再根据空间位置组合为整体,并利用过渡网格的方法对模型进行网格划分,在提高模型真实有效性的前提下保证了模型的计算效率.
Abstract
With the development of wind power generation industry,the capacity of wind turbine is greatly increasing.Under this background,the traditional designing method based on Codes,Standards or empirical formulas can not precisely reflect the stress-strain characteristics of wind turbine foundation.A simulation method of anchor-bolt wind turbine foundation is proposed in this article.Accrording to this method,the foudation is separated into several components which constructed independently.All components will be assembled based on the relative spatial location.Besides,a transition grid method is introduced in meshing process to improve the efficiency of calculating.
