Bridge Study on Construction Scheme and Temporary Structure Design of Huanggang Side Main Beam of Qiqizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge
During the construction of the main beam on the Huanggang side of the Qiqizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge,it is segmented into three sections,taking into full account the characteristics of water level,terrain,and construction equipment.The beam section in the deep-water area is transported by barge to the corresponding beam position and lifted by the cable hoisting method.The beam section in the cable-free zone is initially floated near the sliding support,then swung to the sliding support by the cable-borne crane,subsequently slid to the adja-cent beam support,and ultimately swung to the beam support.In the shoal area,the beam section is transported to the vicinity of the sliding support by barge,then moved to the corresponding position of the beam section by the cable-borne crane using the swing method,and finally lifted by the cable-borne crane through the vertical lifting method.The construction scheme is innovative.The sliding support in the shoal sec-tion is a crucial temporary structure for the construction of the main beam.This paper delineates the design of the sliding support in the shoal by integrating the natural conditions and geological conditions of the site and fully considering the construction load of the fishing method of the support and the sliding load of the steel beam.
