基于SBS改性沥青混合料的路面结构设计及性能研究

摘要
文中以贵州贵阳观山湖市政道路项目为例,对SBS改性沥青混合料在路面结构设计进行分析,并对工后SBS改性沥青的性能进行测试.结果发现,SBS改性沥青混合料的车辙深度平均为 2.12 mm,断裂延伸率为 14.96%,老化指数为 1.22,国际平整度指数(IRI)为1.58 m/km,浸水残留强度(TSR)为89.4%,动稳定度为5 860 次/mm,以上指标均高于普通沥青性能水平.表明SBS改性沥青能显著提升路面的耐久性和稳定性,适合在贵州贵阳地区复杂的气候条件下使用.
Abstract
Taking an expressway reconstruction and expansion project in Guiyang area of Guizhou province as an example,the pavement struc-ture design of SBS modified asphalt mixture was analyzed,and the performance of SBS modified asphalt after construction was tested.The re-sults showed that the average rut depth of SBS modified asphalt mixture was 2.12 mm,the fracture elongation was 14.96%,the aging index was 1.22,the international roughness index(IRI)was 1.58m/km,the immersion residual strength(TSR)was 89.4%,and the dynamic stability was 5 860 times per-mm.The above indexes are higher than the performance level of ordinary asphalt.The results show that SBS modified asphalt can significantly improve the durability and stability of pavement,and it is suitable for use in complex climatic conditions in Guiyang,Guizhou province.
