摘要
文中以万沙路延伸段工程为例,重点研究了市政排水管道施工中非开挖顶管技术的应用,从管线保护、降排水、基础测量、布设导轨及后背、泥浆减阻、顶进施工等方面对非开挖顶管施工技术展开分析,详细总结了顶管技术的风险控制措施,并在施工后进行综合监测,结果表明,排水工程顶管施工能有效避免地表沉降、保障工程质量.
Abstract
Taking the Wansha Road extension project as an example,this article focuses on the application of non excavation pipe jacking tech-nology in the construction of municipal drainage pipelines.the non excavation pipe jacking construction technology is analyzed from the aspects of pipeline protection,drainage,foundation measurement,guide rail and back layout,mud drag reduction,and jacking construction.The risk control measures of pipe jacking technology are summarized in detail,and comprehensive monitoring is carried out after construction.The mo-nitoring results show that the pipe jacking construction of drainage projects can effectively avoid surface settlement and ensure project quality af-ter completion.
