市政道路透水沥青配合比设计及施工技术探析

摘要
为满足市政道路功能需求,进一步提高路面服役年限,文中以70 号道路石油沥青为基质沥青,加入不同掺量的高黏剂,以达到高黏改性沥青的性能要求;同时,优化透水路面油石比并进行试验段铺筑,优化其施工工艺.结果表明,当高黏剂掺量为7%时,试验可达到高黏改性沥青的性能要求,且经济性最优;以飞散和析漏为关键指标,确定透水沥青混合料的最佳油石比为 5.3%;试验段的成功铺筑,形成了一套科学合理的施工技术体系.
Abstract
In order to meet the functional requirements of municipal roads and further improve the service life of pavement,this paper takes the petroleum asphalt of Road 70 as the base asphalt,and adds different contents of high viscosity agent to meet the performance requirements of high viscosity modified asphalt.At the same time,the oil stone ratio of permeable pavement is optimized and the test section is paved to opti-mize its construction technology.The results show that when the content of high viscosity agent is 7%,the performance requirements of high viscosity modified asphalt can be reached,and the economy is the best.Taking flight and leakage as the key indexes,the optimum ratio of oil to stone of permeable asphalt mixture was determined to be 5.3%.The successful paving of the test section has formed a set of scientific and reasonable construction technology system.
