为解决传统道路检查井施工引起的周边塌陷、裂纹等问题,文中提出了一种新工法:在检查井放置大于井口的刚性盖板,压实基层时压路机可越过井盖,避免对检查井的侧向破坏;碾压完成后,将井口处的基层集料刨松并清理,安装井圈模板后浇筑混凝土,养护至强度达标后摊铺沥青面层.此工法可有效避免检查井施工对周边道路的损害,解决施工质量问题.
Research and Application on New Construction Techniques for Road Inspection Manhole
To deal with the problem of collapse,cracks and damage for the road around the inspection manhole,a new construction method for inspection manhole is proposed.Before the road base above the sublayer of the roadbed is compacted,a rigid cover slightly larger than the di-ameter of the inspection manhole is placed on the inspection manhole,which can make the roller pass over the rigid cover and compact the road base around the inspection manhole;in addition,the rigid cover also can avoid the lateral damage effect caused by the compacting the road base around the inspection manhole.As the road base has been compacted,the base aggregate above the inspection manhole is loosened,and then spread and compact the asphalt pavement;when the asphalt pavement and the base aggregate above the inspection manhole are loosened and cleaned,the formwork for the well ring above the inspection manhole is installed and fixed,then the concrete is poured in the formwork,as the strength of concrete meets the design requirements,the asphalt pavement is spread and compacted.The new construction method for the road inspection manhole can solve the construction quality problem caused by the conventional construction methods for the inspection manhole.
