紫外光固化修复技术在排水管网修复中的应用分析

福建龙岩某老旧排水管网改造项目,有约150 处排水管道缺陷,需要对其进行修复.传统排水管道修复主要是通过开挖并更换或维修损坏的管道,这种方法施工周期长,且由于要对现状管道开挖,必将对周围环境造成干扰.为解决该问题,文中采用了紫外光固化修复技术对排水管道缺陷进行修复,并在施工完成后进行检测,各项指标满足要求,节约工期约23.7%,节约成本约19.3%.
Research on the Application of UV-curable Repair Technology in the Repair of Drainage Pipe Network
There are about 150 drainage pipe defects in an old drainage pipe network renovation project in Longyan,Fujian Province,which need to be repaired.The traditional repair of drainage pipes is mainly through excavation and replacement or maintenance of damaged pipes,which has a long construction period and will cause interference to the surrounding environment due to the excavation of the current pipeline.In order to solve the problem,the project department adopted the UV-curable repair technology to repair the drainage pipe defects,and tested af-ter the completion of the construction.All the indicators met the requirements,and the construction period was saved about 23.7%,and the cost was saved about 19.3%.
