大倾角斜拉桥主动横撑施工关键技术探析

文中以东津黄河大桥19#墩134.6 m高双塔钢-混组合梁斜拉桥为例,对大倾角斜拉桥主动横撑施工关键技术进行分析;介绍大倾角斜拉桥桥塔施工过程中在两个塔肢之间设置 5 道主动横撑,并就塔柱偏位、横撑顶推力的监测及调整,有效控制了塔柱拉应力,保证了桥塔施工线型,对同类型桥梁施工有较高的借鉴价值.
Abstract
Taking Dongjin Yellow River Bridge No.19 pier 134.6 m high twin-tower steel-mixed composite beam cable-stayed bridge as an example,the key technology of active cross stay construction of large Angle cable-stayed bridge is analyzed.By introducing that 5 active cross braces are set between the two tower limbs during the construction of the high-inclination cable-stayed bridge,and monitoring and adjusting the column deflection and the top thrust of the cross brace,the tension stress of the column is effectively controlled,and the construction line of the bridge tower is guaranteed.
