Study on the Removal Scheme of Modular Vehicle for On-Ramp Bridge of Overpass Expressway
Taking the removal project of M ramp in Dongbang Junction of Shanghai-Wu Expressway as the object,a self-propelled hydraulic module vehicle(SPMT)was proposed for the removal of prestressed continuous box girder ramp bridge of the existing high-speed main line across the upper span.Based on the"SPMT"pack equipment,the M-ramp bridge of the main line across the Shanghai-Wu Expressway was quickly removed by laying the corresponding support system.It effectively solved the problem that the on-ramp bridge removal construction of the main line of the cross-Hu Wu high-speed was difficult,2 hours ahead of the planned time,and the whole bridge removal process was safe and controllable,which proved that the use of SPMT module to remove the bridge is a correct and reasonable choice.
