石拱桥拱圈加固措施技术研究

石拱桥是我国现存年代较为久远的古建筑形式之一,随着社会经济的快速发展,交通运输量增大,在自然作用和人类活动的共同影响下,不可避免地出现了各种各样的破坏.文中主要阐述了旧石拱桥拱圈加固措施以及在实际工程中的具体运用,以镇海桥修缮工程为案例,分析了石拱桥损毁原因,并对镇海桥拱圈的加固技术进行了研究.文中采用Midas Civil软件建立主体结构的有限元计算模型,对石拱桥主要受力结构拱圈的受力特性进行计算分析,提出了一种适用于石拱桥拱圈加固措施的钢板带结构.结果表明,文中采用的钢板带加固措施,能有效避免石质拱圈产生拉应力,改善主拱圈受力性能,提高桥梁结构的整体性能,并且没有破坏旧石拱桥的原始面貌.
Research on Strengthening Measures of Arch Ring of Stone Arch Bridge
Stone arch bridge is one of the ancient architectural forms with a long history in our country.With the rapid development of modern society and economy,the traffic volume increases,and under the common influence of natural action and human activities,various damages in-evitably appear.This paper mainly describes the strengthening measures of old stone arch bridge arch ring and the concrete application in engi-neering cases,taking Zhenhai Bridge repair project as a case,analyzes the damage causes of stone arch bridge,and studies the strengthening technology of Zhenhai Bridge arch ring.Midas Civil software is used to establish the finite element model of the main structure,and the me-chanical characteristics of the arch ring of the main stress structure of the stone arch bridge are calculated and analyzed,and a steel plate belt structure suitable for strengthening the arch ring of the stone arch bridge is proposed.The results show that the steel belt reinforcement meas-ures adopted in this paper can not only effectively avoid the tensile stress of the stone arch ring,improve the mechanical performance of the main arch ring,improve the overall performance of the bridge structure,but also do not damage the original appearance of the old stone arch bridge.
