摘要

为了科学评价超高层建筑在极端气候条件下施工安全风险等级,提高项目风险预防能力,减少人员伤亡和财产损失,文中首先基于文献调研法构建了由6 个一级指标、17 个二级指标组成的超高层建筑施工安全风险指标体系;其次,利用Cov-AHP法对指标进行赋值,将Cov-AHP法与灰云模型有机结合,构建了超高层建筑在极端气候条件下的施工安全风险评价模型;最后,选取了南昌大悦城商业项目分析该模型的适用性.

Abstract

In order to scientifically evaluate the construction safety risk level of super high-rise buildings under extreme weather conditions and improve the project risk prevention ability,reduce personnel casualties and property losses,this paper firstly constructed a construction safety risk index system consisting of 6 primary indicators and 17 secondary indicators based on the literature survey method.Secondly,the Cov-AHP method was used to assign values to the indicators,and the Cov-AHP method was organically combined with the grey cloud model to construct a construction safety risk evaluation model for super high-rise buildings under extreme weather conditions.Finally,the applicability of the model was analyzed by selecting the Nanjing Dajuecheng Commercial Project.
