摘要
商业综合体精装修项目工程的施工管理较为复杂,不但涉及设计的理念、质量和进度的管控,还需保证各阶段工序的衔接.有效的施工管理不但可以提升项目整体价值,还能保证项目工程的按时按需完成.文中以厦门市集美区的A项目为例,从商业综合体精装修项目工程施工管理的施工前期、施工过程、施工后期三个阶段的施工管理分别进行分析,并提出每阶段的管理措施,以供参考.
Abstract
The construction management of commercial complex decoration project is a complex and meticulous process,which not only in-volves the design concept,quality and schedule control,but also needs to ensure the connection of each stage of the process.Effective con-struction management can not only ensure the improvement of the overall value of the project,but also ensure the timely completion of the pro-ject as required.Taking A project of Jimei District of Xiamen City as an example,this paper analyzes the construction management of the com-mercial complex fine decoration project in three stages:pre-construction,construction process and late construction,respectively,and puts forward the management measures of each stage,in order to provide reference for similar fine decoration projects.
