房地产项目开发全过程工程造价管理探究

摘要
文中以某建筑工程为例,重点探究房地产项目开发全过程的工程造价管理,分别总结了在定义与决策、设计与计划、项目实施、完工与交付四个阶段的造价管理问题,并提出了相应的造价管理措施,结合项目的实际情况,从制定规章制度、组织架构及责任分配三方面对开发全过程造价管理模式的应用要点展开分析,以期为房地产开发项目经济效益的提升提供有益参考.
Abstract
this paper in a construction project as an example,the key to explore the whole process of real estate project cost management,re-spectively summarizes the definition and decision-making,design and planning,project implementation,completion and delivery of four stages of cost management problems,and put forward the corresponding cost management measures,combined with the actual situation of the project from the rules and regulations,organization structure and responsibility distribution of the whole process of development cost management mode application points,in order to the ascension for the real estate development project economic benefit to provide useful reference.
