楼盖结构形式对地下车库造价的影响分析

摘要
为优化地下车库楼盖结构选型,文中对无梁板地下车库楼盖、主梁大板地下车库楼盖、主次梁地下车库楼盖、密肋梁地下车库楼盖四种楼盖结构的工程造价进行对比分析.结果表明,无梁板楼盖造价最高,为 1 023.44 元/m2,与之相比,主梁大板楼盖的造价为933.58 元/m2,节约89.86 元/m2,主次梁楼盖造价为 924.88 元/m2,节约 98.56 元/m2,密肋梁楼盖(塑料模壳空心楼盖)造价为714.01 元/m2,与无梁板楼盖相比节约309.43 元/m2.结合使用性能及施工水平,合理选择密肋梁楼盖(塑料模壳空心楼盖)设计方案,可以较低的造价成本获得更大的车库空间.
Abstract
In order to optimize the selection of underground garage floor structure,the paper compares and analyzes the engineering cost of four kinds of floor structures:unbeamed underground garage floor,main beam underground garage floor,main and secondary beam underground garage floor,and dense rib-beam underground garage floor.The results show that the cost of unbeamed floor is the highest,which is 1 023.44 yuan/m2.In contrast,the cost of the main beam slab floor is 933.58 yuan/m2,saving 89.86 yuan/m2,the cost of the main and secondary beam floor is924.88 yuan/m2,saving98.56 yuan/m2,and the cost of the dense rib-beam floor(plastic mold shell hollow floor)is 714.01 yuan/m2.Compared with the floor without beam,it saves 309.43 yuan/m2.In summary,combined with the use of performance and construction level,reasonable selection of dense ribbed beam floor(plastic mold shell hollow floor)design scheme can obtain a larger garage space at a lower cost.
