高层住宅不同剪力墙结构方案对建筑结构工程造价的影响分析

文中以福建某高层住宅项目为例,对普通剪力墙平面布置及细长剪力墙平面布置两种结构方案工程造价对比分析.结果表明,细长剪力墙抗震效果更加显著,钢筋用量和混凝土用量更少.在 7 度设防烈度条件下,细长剪力墙的总造价比普通剪力墙降低15.7%;在8 度设防烈度条件下,细长剪力墙的总造价比普通剪力墙降低19.9%.8 度设防烈度条件下,普通剪力墙的总造价比7 度设防烈度高8.1%;细长剪力墙的总造价比7 度设防烈度高3.6%.随着抗震设防烈度的增加,普通剪力墙的工程总造价较高;相同的设防烈度下,细长剪力墙的工程造价低于普通剪力墙的工程造价.
Analysis of the Influence of High-rise Housing Layout Scheme on the Cost of Building Structure Engineering
Taking a high-rise residential project in Fujian as an example,this paper compares and analyzes the engineering cost of two struc-tural schemes of ordinary shear wall plane layout and slender shear wall plane layout.The results show that the seismic effect of slender shear wall is more significant,and the amount of reinforcement and concrete is less.Under the condition of 7 degree fortification intensity,the total cost of slender shear wall is 15.7%lower than that of ordinary shear wall.Under the condition of 8 degree fortification intensity,the total cost of slender shear wall is 19.9%lower than that of ordinary shear wall.The total cost of ordinary shear wall under 8 degree fortification intensity is 8.1%higher than that under 7 degree fortification intensity.The total cost of slender shear wall under the condition of 8 degree fortification intensity is 3.6%higher than that under 7 degree fortification intensity.With the increase of seismic fortification intensity,the total engineer-ing cost of ordinary shear wall is higher.Under the same fortification intensity,the construction cost of slender shear wall is lower than that of ordinary shear wall.
