Analysis of the Influence of Different Structural Design Schemes on Project Cost
In order to analyze the influence of structural design scheme of building engineering on project cost,this paper takes a residential building as an example,analyzes the amount of building materials and project cost of shear wall,short-limb shear wall,special-shaped col-umn-frame,and determines the best wall structure design scheme.The results show that the concrete consumption of ordinary shear wall,short-limb shear wall and special-shaped column frame shear wall is the highest,reaching 41.4%,42.8%and 43.1%respectively.The order of the amount of concrete is ordinary shear wall>short-limb shear wall>special-shaped column frame shear.Ordinary shear walls and short-limb shear walls have the largest amount of steel reinforcement materials,and the amount of steel reinforcement materials in beams of special-shaped column frame shear wall structures is up to 31.2%.The order of the amount of single reinforcement is short-limb shear wall structure>special-shaped column frame shear wall structure>ordinary shear wall structure.The highest cost of single concrete is the common shear wall structure,reaching 99.56 yuan/m2;The short-leg shear wall structure has the best economic benefits.
