摘要
在"双碳"目标背景下,医院作为消耗能源较大的单位主体,对其积极开展碳审计工作,对降低碳排放、促进"双碳"目标的实现具有重大意义.文中结合某医院的碳审计工作,对碳减排制度的建立情况审计、碳足迹测算和低碳行为进行分析,评估医院碳减排工作的开展情况,以期从审计监督角度促进医院碳减排责任落实和"双碳"目标实现.
Abstract
Riding the wave of dual-carbon goals,As a major unit that consumes a large amount of energy,hospitals actively carrying out car-bon audit work is of great significance for reducing carbon emissions and promoting the realization of the Dual Carbon goals.Through the carbon audit work of a certain hospital in this paper,the establishment of the carbon emission reduction system is audited,and carbon footprint meas-urement and low-carbon behavior analysis are conducted to evaluate the implementation of the hospital's carbon emission reduction work.It is promoting the implementation of the hospital's carbon emission reduction responsibility and the realization of the Dual Carbon goals from the perspective of audit supervision.
