The 80/20 law is a conditional assumption,when the technical conditions allow,high-quality cus-tomers have been fully competitive background,long tail customers have undoubtedly become a new territory of in-tense competition for commercial banks.The management of long-tail customer must be guided by modern long-tail customer management theory and supported by digital technology.Growth chain finance and long-tail customer theory have become the theoretical basis for long-tail customer management,and the comprehensive application of digital technology has become the technical support for the fine management of long-tail customers.Based on the analysis of the relationship and application between the 20 to 80 Law,the long tail theory and the growth chain fi-nance theory and the long tail customer management,the paper builds a system with the goal of increasing the scale of long tail customers and activating users,based on the classification management of long tail customers and suppor-ted by the data management center.The basic mode of"online,digital,intelligent and automatic"for fine manage-ment of long tail customers in commercial banks is put forward.
