摘要
金融强国战略旨在建设现代金融体系,为实现中国特色社会主义经济发展目标提供支撑.农村金融作为金融体系的重要组成部分,其供给侧结构优化对推进此目标和乡村振兴战略都具有重要意义.近年来,随着商业银行下沉和小额贷款公司、村镇银行发展,农村金融供给主体结构日趋多元化.通过梳理各地近年数据发现,农村金融整体服务质量得到了一定提升,但在结构设置、机制配套等方面还存在不足.从理论思维出发,提出优化路径,应包括明确竞争合作机制、构建各主体间的优化模式,完善支持政策和基础设施,提高农村金融机构自身管理水平和产品创新能力,通过优化各主体间协同关系实现金融高质量可持续发展,为乡村振兴提供制度保障和金融支持,助力农业和农村经济发展.
Abstract
The strategy of financial power aims to build a modern financial system and provide support for a-chieving the goal of socialist economic development with Chinese characteristics.As an important part of the rural fi-nance system,the optimization of its supply-side structure is of great significance to promoting this goal and the ru-ral revitalization strategy.In recent years,with the sinking of commercial banks and the development of small loan companies and village banks,the main structure of rural financial supply is becoming more and more diversified.By combing through the rural financial data in recent years,the paper finds that the overall service quality has been im-proved to a certain extent,but there are still shortcomings in the structure setting and mechanism supporting.In or-der to deepen the reform,the paper,starting from the theoretical thinking,proposes the optimization path,which should include clarifying the competition and cooperation mechanism,building the optimization mode among various subjects,improving the supporting policies and infrastructure,improving the management level and product innova-tion ability of rural financial institutions,and realizing high-quality and sustainable financial development by opti-mizing the synergistic relationship among various subjects.We will provide institutional guarantees and financial support for rural revitalization to boost agricultural and rural economic development.
