How Long Can"The Peacock Fly Southeast"Last?——Based on Monitoring the Structural Resilience of the Cross-regional Innovation Network in Beijing and the Yangtze River Delta
Based on the concept of structural resilience of the regional innovation network,four-dimensional resilience characteristics including fluidity,aggregation,hierarchy and matching were proposed,and the monitoring system for the resilience of innovation network structure were constructed.Using the data of joint patent applications of Beijing and 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2010 to 2022,the resilience value of the Beijing and the Yangtze River Delta cross-region innovation network structure was calculated and compared with the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The results showed:First,from the current situation of resilience monitoring,the mean value of resilience in the Beijing and the Yangtze River Delta region is lower than that in the Yangtze River Delta region and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and both show an unstable fluctuation trend.It shows that the structural stability and ability to resist external shocks of the Beijing and the Yangtze River Delta cross-region in-novation network in the geographically discontinuous region are weaker than those in the geographically continuous region.Second,from the predicted values of resilience in 2025-2027,the resilience values of the Yangtze River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region show an upward trend,while the resilience values of the Beijing and the Yangtze River Delta cross-region show a downward trend,and the resilience gap with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is significantly increased,and the phenomenon of"peacock flying southeast"is expected to be signifi-cantly improved.
