Abstract
Zhang Wentian is not only a famous political activist,but also distinguished propagandist. During the anti-Jap-anese war,he from the reality,carried out a flexible multi-channel outreach to let people at home and abroad and the gov-ernment understand the CCP's war strategy,which reshaped the image of the CPC and played an active role in the political mobilization,and thus laid the foundation for the final victory in the war.
