Party construction work and ideological-political work in universities originate from the same source and are in-herently consistent,demonstrating compatibility and interactivity in practice.The primary issue in the in-depth integration of party construction work and ideological-political work in private colleges and universities is the incomplete formation of a comprehensive mechanism for moral education and talent cultivation.The notable difficulty lies in the resistance encoun-tered during the construction of this mechanism in practice,coupled with the lack of clarity in the educational carriers mov-ing in the same direction,leading to conflicts in the in-depth integration of party construction work and ideological-political work.To address this issue,it is crucial to accurately identify the convergence and focal points for thein-depth integration of both aspects.This involves constructing a decision-making and guidance mechanism,a practical talent cultivation mecha-nism,an implementation mechanism,and a support mechanism for the in-depth integration of party construction work and i-deological-political work in private colleges and universities.
