Qualitative Research on the Cultivation of Moral Characterof Normal School Students in Colleges and Universities
The study employs qualitative research methods, conducting semi-structured interviews with normal school students in colleges and universities, and uses grounded theory to extract and encode the content of the interviews, forming 2 core categories and 21 main categories. The research finds that due to the negative effects brought by factors such as the social environment, insufficient moral education in colleges and universities, and the lack of subjectivity among individuals, these students exhibit deviations in moral character and a weakened sense of awe.The study discusses promoting the culti-vation of the students'moral character by fully leveraging the positive roles of the state and society in their teacher training, strengthening the construction of moral ethos on campus, and fully exerting the subject role of normal school students.
