Nostalgia,as a historically significant and emotionally rich literary sentiment, has increasingly become an impor-tant cultural factor affecting current human resource management. This is particularly true for the new generation of migrant workers who have been moving between"rural and urban"areas and for whom it serves as an emotional bond connecting the countryside and the city.Based on a questionnaire survey of the willingness to return home for entrepreneurship among 345 new-generation migrant workers from Anhui Province working in Jiangsu,Zhejiang, and Shanghai, this study empirically analyzes the impact of nostalgia on their willingness to return home for entrepreneurship. The results show that two aspects of nostalgia, namely, hometown attachment and adaptation barriers, have a positive impact on the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers to return home for entrepreneurship. Moreover, different dimensions have varying degrees of impact on the new generation of migrant workers of different genders. The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy relies on a large number of new-generation migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship, driving the allocation of resources to rural areas, and promoting agriculture through industry, and rural areas through urban areas.By stimulating the new generation of migrant workers'attachment to their native land through nostalgia, their willingness to return home for en-trepreneurship is enhanced, thereby facilitating the implementation of rural revitalization.
