A Case Study on the Interaction,Media Practices,and Ideological Identity of Contemporary Intellectuals in Jiangxi Province——An Examination of Hu Xiansu and Wang Yi's Friendships
Hu Xiansu and Wang Yi were prominent contemporary intellectuals in Jiangxi Province.Their close friendship was rooted in shared local and academic connections.In the 1930s,they both contributed to the famous intellectual and cul-tural journal Xueheng,and during the wartime period,they expanded the thought of Xueheng Shool in Jiangxi by founding the The Literature and History Quarterly.Hu Xiansu and Wang Yi shared similar views on the philosophy of poetry and lit-erature,educational concepts,and cultural conservatism.Their interactions are a classic case of interaction,media practice,and ideological identity among contemporary intellectuals in Jiangxi.
