Dual Construction of the Cultivation Goals for Individual Social Responsibility Traits from a Marxist Humanistic Perspective
The cultivation of individual social responsibility traits should conform to the laws of modern human physical and mental development and be unified with the laws of social development. The cultivation goals should be based on Marx-ist humanistic theory, highlighting the reality, sociability, and comprehensiveness of human beings. The construction should primarily occur from the dimensions of content and process. The overall goals within the content dimension should include order rationality, social care, social responsibility, and social participation. This means enhancing social responsibility cogni-tion through order rationality, fostering social responsibility emotions through social care, honing social responsibility will through undertaking social duties, and guiding social responsibility behavior through social participation. From the process dimension, the initial stage aims to cultivate individual moral qualities, the deepening stage focuses on fostering sociable qualities, and the maturity stage emphasizes developing altruistic traits in individuals.
