Structural Model and Enhancement Strategies for the Teaching Abilities of Normal University Music Major Students—A Grounded Theory Approach
Currently,the phenomenon of emphasizing skills over teaching abilities is a common issue incultivating music major students of Normal University.This paper utilizes grounded theory to collect the learning experiences and in-depth re-flections on the structure of teaching abilities from the music major students at several Normal Universities.Based on a summary and analysis,this study theorizes the structure of these teaching abilities and establishes a"dual-path"training model centered on"dual desires promote dual abilities".The model focuses on enhancing the students'career willingness,implementing the credit recognition of students'social teaching practice activities,and concentrating on the training of pro-fessional skills and teaching abilities from multiple perspectives.
