摘要
分析新时代背景下高校教师党支部书记"双带头人"队伍建设的战略意义及"双带头人"队伍建设的挑战与机遇,并提出有效的策略与建议,为高校党建工作提供理论支持和实践指导,推动"双带头人"队伍建设向更高质量发展.
Abstract
Entering the new era,strengthening the cultivation of"dual-leading"secretaries of university teachers'Party branches is an important lever for university Party construction work and a new requirement for teacher'Party branches in the new era.This is conducive to adhering to the socialist educational direction of the new era and enhancing the organiza-tional power of teacher'Party branches.By analyzing the current problems in the cultivation process of"dual-leading"sec-retaries of university teachers'Party branches,this paper proposes optimization pathways:strengthen top-level design,select and strengthen"dual-leading"personnel;improve the training system,enforce strict requirements for"dual-leading"per-sonnel;perfect the cultivation pathway,continuously select"dual-leading"personnel;and implement scientific assessment and evaluation to reward and motivate"dual-leading"personnel.
