Research on the Talent Training Path of"One Understanding and Two Loving"in Jiangxi Agricultural Colleges under the Background of Rural Revitalization
Talent revitalization is the foundation of rural revitalization.To implement the rural revitalization strategy,it is essential to cultivate modern agricultural talents whoreally understand agriculture,and truly love rural areas and farmers(One Understanding and Two Loving).This study,based on the actual conditions of Jiangxi Province,analyzes the current situation and challenges in the cultivation of"One Understanding and Two Loving"talents in agricultural colleges in Jian-gxi,offers constructive suggestions,and explores pathways to enhance talent cultivation.
