The Continued Compilation of Catalog of the Complete Library in the Four Branches of Literature(Manuscript)is a comprehensive annotated bibliography that inherits the traditional framework of The Catalog of the Complete Library in the Four Branches of Literature.It includes over 34,000 ancient works,making it the most extensive annotated bibliography of its kind to date.This compilation serves as a valuable resource and significant tool for understanding,organizing,and re-searching traditional Chinese culture.Despite being authored by prominent scholars of the time,the Catalog inevitably con-tains errors and inconsistencies due to its collective authorship and the internal and external challenges of the period,com-pounded by its unfinished status.Based on Luo Lin's edited version published by Tianjin Ancient Books Publishing House,this study examines and compares the annotations of Jiangxi scholars'works in the Catalog against historical records and o-riginal texts.Through critical analysis and rectification,this research aims to correct inaccuracies and fill gaps,providing a reliable reference for the academic community while offering a glimpse into the contributions of Jiangxi scholars to Chinese literature.
