摘要

随着人工智能技术的飞速发展,AI音乐生成技术已成为音乐创新与文化传承的新引擎.通过跨学科的理论分析,揭示了技术进步对文化形态的塑造作用及文化价值对技术发展方向的引导作用.研究构建基于深度学习的AI音乐生成模型,并通过数据增强、损失函数设计、正则化技术和学习率调整等策略,优化了模型在红色文化音乐的学习和生成能力.同时,提出了多模态特征融合和注意力机制,以增强模型对音乐关键元素的关注和表达.通过定量与定性评估相结合的方法,对生成音乐的质量进行了全面评价,确保了音乐作品的艺术性和文化价值.本研究的目的不仅为红色文化的传播提供了新的技术手段,也为AI音乐生成技术的发展提供了新的研究方向和应用场景.

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence,AI music generation technology has become a new engine for musical innovation and cultural heritage.Through interdisciplinary theoretical analysis,the research reveals the role of technological progress in shaping cultural forms and the influence of cultural values in guiding technological development.A deep learning-based AI music generation model is constructed,incorporating strategies such as data augmentation,loss function design,regularization techniques,and learning rate adjustment to optimize the model's capability in learning and generating red culture music.Additionally,multimodal feature fusion and attention mechanisms are proposed to enhance the model's focus on and expression of key musical elements.A combined quantitative and qualitative evaluation method is used to comprehensively assess the quality of the generated music,ensuring its artistic and cultural value.This study not only provides innovative technical means for the dissemination of red culture but also offers new research directions and applica-tion scenarios for AI music generation technology.
